Good looking product.

Product arrived as scheduled. Packaging very good but stacking within the delivery truck not so good as operator struggle with off loading even with assistance. Product looks the part and being composite will save time upon installation.

Fantastic product & customer service

I found myself let down by local glazing companies, who wanted to charge a small fortune for two of these roof lights and was amazed at how quickly I was able to order and have these delivered!
After speaking to the team, I was promised delivery within 3 days and they went even further by providing last minute sealant and rope tape on the order!

Items ordered on a Tuesday & delivered on Friday on a single pallet - to the front door. Thanks guys for the fantastic customer service and outstanding quality product. Unfortunately as crane hire was not possible, I had to arrange myself but this turned out to be easier than expected.

Great product for the price, very high quality.

The triple glazed unit seems of very high quality, and was delivered on time and seems incredible value for money, I had quotes four times higher! Not much communication from the company but a phone call to their office was good and the customer service was very polite and helpful. My only slight gripe was the delivery, the unit I purchased was a bit of a monster with a supposed weight of 150kg, however it came on three pallets and was supported (as you might expect) so it was well protected. This lifted the weight to 220kg, and really needed a fork lift, also the driver didn't call in advance so it just "arrived". I think LD need to have some better comms with their logistics company, the driver was polite and waited a fair time for us to off load. As luck would have it I had five guys on site that day (pure chance) and we had some vacuum suckers to hand so we had to remove the packaging to get it off the lorry, we just about managed it. Equally the lift on the roof required 6 people, this 3x1 is a monster, maybe some further details on the web site this would be useful? However I can't complain as its size and weight are clearly on the web site. All in though no complaints and the purchasing experience was simple, efficient and well executed. I would 100% recommend them!
